The 2 Best Small Caps

Today I wanted to use Barchart to sort the S&P 600 Small Cap Index stock to find the stocks with both a Weighted Alpha higher than 50.00+ and technical buy signals of 80% or better.  There were only 2 - Digi International (DGII) and Pericom Semiconductor (PSEM).  However, Pericom is up on a buy out proposal which has already been announced  so further upside potential is too speculative.

Let's look at the one I have left:
