Today I used Barchart to sort the S&P 600 Small Cap Index to find the stocks with the most frequent new highs, solid technical indicators and charts.  I further screened for those stock having positive results for both the month and the last 5 trading sessions.  The list includes The Andersons (ANDE), TTM Technologies (TTMI), Tetra Technologies (TTI), Bel Fuse (BELFB), Skechers USA (SKX) and Pinnacle Entertainment (PNK):
