Small Caps Showing Promise

In the last 3 months Small Cap stocks have had a hard time.  Today 60.17% of the stocks on the     S&P 600 Small Cap Index have lost money in the last 3 months.  However, there may be a bright spot.  Today 72.03% of those same stocks are trading above their 20 day moving averages.  It's too early to say the market is trending up; I'll say that when 50% of these stocks are trading above their 20, 50 and 100 day moving averages.  Till then, on Stock Picks I'll point out a few that are having good momentum.

I used Barchart to sort the S&P 600 Small Cap Index stocks to find the stocks that have the best technical buy signals and are trading above their 20, 50 and 100 day moving averages.
