Today's Best Small Caps

Today I used Barchart to sort the S&P 600 Small Cap Index to find the stocks hitting the most frequent highs in the last month.  I skipped the stock that didn't have positive gains for the last week and month, then used to Flipchart feature to find the charts I liked.
