Today's Best Small Caps

Today I used Barchart to sort the S&P 600 Small Cap Index by frequency in the last month.  I skipped over the stocks that did not have positive results in the last week and month then used the Flipchart feature to review the charts to select only those also trading above their 20, 50 and 100 day moving averages.
