The 5 Best Small Caps

Today I used Barchart to sort the S&P 600 Small Cap Stock Index to find the stocks hitting the most frequent new highs in the last month.  I then selected those stocks on the list that also had positive gains for the last week and month.  Lastly, I used the flipchart feature to select the stocks with the charts I likes.

My list today includes Abiomed (ABMD), Suncoke Energy (SXC), Interactive Brokers (IBKR), Cato Corp (CATO), and Biglari Holdings (BH):
