Each week Value Line publishes a list of stocks that have hit certain growth targets not only for the last 10 years but are expected to maintain those rates for the next 5 years as well.  I took the list and ran it through Barchart to find the stocks that had the highest technical buy signals as well as a 50-00 Day MACD Oscillator buy signal.

The highest ranking stocks were TJX Companies (TJX), Tesoro Petroleum (TSO), Southwest Airlines (LUV), Jack Henry & Associates (JKHY) and Juniper Networks (JNPR).
