S&P 600 Small Cap 12 Month Winners

I wanted to see which stocks from the S&P 600 Small Cap Index had the highest price appreciation for the last 12 months.  I used Barchart to sort the Index then used the Barchart technical indicators to see which might still have some steam left.

The list included Century Aluminum (CENX) 250.92%, AK Steel (AKS) 191.91% , Penn Virginia (PVA) 191.12% , Lannet (LCI ) 181.74% and Green Plains Renewable Energy (GPRE)168.69% :
