Control4 Added to Special Portfolio

This morning I added Control4 (CTRL) to the Barchart Van Meerten Special Portfolio.  I used Barchart to sort today's Top Stocks to Own list first for the highest Weighted Alpha, then for technical buy signals of 80% or more.  Lastly, I used the Flipchart feature to review the charts for consistency.
