I recently added some more positions to the Barchart Van Meerten Speculative portfolio.  I screen the Russell 3000 Index stocks for stocks trading for $10 or less with technical buy signals of 80% or more, then use the Flipchart feature to review for consistency.  The stocks added recently include:
