Big Stock Rally?

There are a lot of the stock prognosticators claiming that money is flowing from shaky emerging markets and small caps back to big "quality" large caps.  So who are they?  I used Barchart to sort the S&P 500 Large Cap index stocks to find some examples of stocks that were climbing in at least 50% of the last 20 trading days.

My screening includes Allergan (AGN), Altria (MO), Eli Lilly (LLY), L Brands (L), and Humana (HUM):
