5 Small Cap Picks

Today I used Barchart to sort the S&P 600 Small Cap Index to find the stocks with the best technical indicators and charts.  I had to work my way further down the list today to find stocks with both good technical indicators and positive charts but found Comscore (SCOR), Engility Holdings (EGL), Ceva (CEVA), Dealertrack Holdings (TRAK) and Allegiant Travel (ALGT):
