TrendSpotter has been long since June 29 at $44.90. In recent news on the stock, Rayonier on July 26 reported Q2 EPS of 54 cents that was above the consensus of 48 cents. Rayonier on June 23 raised its quarterly dividend by 10% to 44 cents per share, which was the company's eighth dividend increase in the last ten years. Rayonier REIT, with a market cap of $6 billion, is a leading international forest products company primarily engaged in the trading, merchandising and manufacturing of logs, timber and wood products, and in the production and sale of high-value-added specialty pulps.
