Barchart.com's Chart of the Day - Covanta (CVA)

In recent news on the stock, Covanta on Feb 9 reported Q4 EPS of 20 cents versus the consensus of 19 cents, initiated a regular quarterly dividend of 7.5 cents, and increased its stock buyback program by $50 million to $200 million. Covanta, with a market cap of $2.5 billion, is an owner and operator of large-scale Energy-from-Waste facilities that provide communities with an environmentally sound solution to their solid waste disposal needs by using that municipal solid waste to generate clean, renewable energy.
